At Techno Webs India, we are committed to providing high-quality website design, web development, software development, digital marketing, SEO, hosting, and related IT services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.

By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.


1. Service Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of a service by contacting us through our official email or phone number.

Cancellation requests will be considered based on the stage of the project and the work already completed.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be evaluated under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund

A refund may be considered if:

  • Payment has been made, but the project has not yet started.
  • Techno Webs India is unable to provide the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to us.
  • Duplicate or accidental payments have been made. Such payments will be refunded after verification.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Website Design and Development services after work has commenced.
  • Custom Software Development.
  • Mobile Application Development.
  • Graphic Design services after design work has started.
  • SEO Services.
  • Digital Marketing Services.
  • Domain Registration.
  • Web Hosting Services.
  • SSL Certificates.
  • Email Hosting.
  • Third-party software, plugins, themes, templates, licenses, or subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client.
  • Services already completed, delivered, or approved by the client.

3. Project Abandonment

If the client fails to provide the required information, content, approvals, or responses for more than 30 consecutive days, the project may be considered inactive.

In such cases:

  • The project may be placed on hold or closed.
  • Payments already made shall be non-refundable.
  • Restarting the project may require additional charges.

4. Change of Mind

Refunds will not be provided if the client:

  • Changes their business plans.
  • Decides not to continue the project.
  • Chooses another service provider after work has begun.
  • Is dissatisfied due to personal preferences after approving designs or deliverables.

5. Client Delays

Project timelines depend on timely cooperation from the client.

Delays caused by the client, including delayed approvals or incomplete content, do not qualify for refunds.


6. Subscription & Renewal Services

Services such as:

  • Web Hosting
  • Domain Registration
  • Annual Maintenance
  • SSL Certificates
  • Email Hosting
  • Software Renewals

are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once activated or renewed.

Clients are responsible for renewing these services before their expiry date.


7. Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment has been charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of ongoing services.


8. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

9. Force Majeure

Refunds shall not be applicable for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, cyber-attacks, or failures of third-party service providers.


10. Changes to This Policy

Techno Webs India reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Any changes will be published on this page along with the updated Effective Date.
